River Bend East is located north of the City of Kent, off Route 43. 
 
Directly across from the Roosevelt High School and along the northern border of Standing Rock Cemetary,
River Bend Blvd. runs east through the River Bend West neighborhood, until crossing the Cuyahoga River and into the River Bend East neighborhood.
